INSIGHTS & FAQS

Better briefs.
Better decisions.

Practical starting points for your next acquisition conversation.

CAMPAIGN PLANNING / 01

What belongs in a useful campaign brief?

Start with the business outcome. Then describe your audience, offer, geographic coverage, preferred channels and the capacity of your sales team.

Define a useful enquiry in plain language. Include qualification criteria, required fields and how quickly your team can follow up. Agree how feedback will reach the campaign team.

PERFORMANCE / 02

Look beyond the cost of a lead.

A low acquisition input cost tells only part of the story. Contactability, audience fit, qualification and downstream conversion help explain whether a source is useful.

Agree definitions and a reporting window before comparing results. Feed outcomes back by source so decisions are based on a consistent view.

DELIVERY / 03

Make the handover part of the plan.

Agree where enquiries will arrive, which fields your team needs and what happens when a record is incomplete. Test the journey before increasing activity.

Clear ownership matters: someone needs to act on the enquiry, report the outcome and resolve delivery issues.

What does Aura Media Group do?

Aura combines data profiling and modelling with B2B and B2C data, enrichment, lead generation and campaign delivery. We help businesses understand their audiences and turn that insight into practical acquisition decisions.

Do you work with B2B as well as B2C data?

Yes. We support business and consumer audience briefs. For B2B, we consider company fit and relevant contact roles; for B2C, we shape selections around the consumer proposition. Available fields, sources and permitted uses are agreed for each campaign.

Can you profile or enrich our existing customer data?

Yes. Start with the decision you want to make and the data you already hold. We can discuss profiling, segmentation and suitable enrichment, with matching criteria, data-use requirements and outputs agreed before work begins.

What is the difference between profiling and predictive modelling?

Profiling describes the characteristics and differences within an audience. Predictive modelling uses available data to estimate an outcome, such as likelihood to respond. A useful model needs suitable data, validation and campaign testing.

Does a high score mean someone is ready to buy?

No. A score estimates a defined outcome based on available information. It does not prove purchase intent, guarantee conversion or establish permission to contact the person.

Can you help with an existing campaign?

Yes. Start with the issue you want to solve: audience fit, data quality, contact strategy or lead handover. We can discuss a focused brief as well as a wider acquisition programme.

Do you offer API lead delivery?

API delivery is part of the proposition. We agree the destination, required fields, validation and delivery approach with you before confirming the setup.

How much does a campaign cost?

Pricing depends on audience, channel, qualification, volume and delivery requirements. Share a brief so we can assess availability and propose an appropriate scope.

Can you guarantee sales?

No. Sales depend on the proposition, customer fit and follow-up as well as the campaign. Agree meaningful quality criteria and a measurement plan before committing to activity.
